Sales Associate Pre-employment Test – only $45.00

This pre-employment test is critical for hiring the right person the first time for jobs dealing with customer service and customer interaction. It provides you with scores to help point out the high performers and narrative responses to help you make your final hiring decision. The report will summarize the person’s strengths and developmental concerns to help you make the best hiring decision. It also provides you with recommended questions for a potential second interview based on their results. This test has 259 questions and takes approximately one hours for the candidate to take. we highly recommend that the test be taken on site and in a controlled environment.

Cognitive Aptitude Assessment

Compares adult norms using standardized tests which were validated for a wide range of positions. Individual aptitudes are broken down into three areas:

  1. Abstract Reasoning
  2. Numeric Reasoning
  3. Verbal Reasoning


Narrative Responses Are Also Evaluated

The candidate will provide responses to a bank of questions and those direct responses will be provided to you. General themes reflect the person’s attitudes, values, and beliefs about work. These insights can help you generate probing interview questions. From another perspective, the way in which candidate responses are constructed demonstrate sophistication of communication skills.
